Yes. The site visit, the measure and the written quotation are free, with no obligation to proceed. We would rather you compared us properly than felt cornered.
In Gauteng we are usually on site within two to four working days. For other provinces we coordinate a visit or work from plans and photographs first, then confirm on site.
We have completed projects in Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, Eswatini and the DRC. We do not keep offices there, but we travel for the right project — ask us and we will be straight about what is practical.
We can supply material on its own. We will be honest though: most of the problems we get called out to fix are installation problems, not material problems.
Residential work is normally a deposit to secure material and the balance on completion, with terms set out on the quotation. Commercial projects are staged against a programme.
Yes — installation workmanship is guaranteed, and manufacturer warranties are passed through to you in writing with the handover pack.
